Heard learned counsel for petitioner nos.2 and 3 and learned A.P.P. for the State.
Petitioner nos.2 and 3 apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanpatiya P.S.
Case No.436 of registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6139 of 2023(4) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners, who are women. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner nos.2 and 3 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No.436 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
