Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34343 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 statement of co-accused Babloo Dubey. Babloo Dubey disclosed the name of four persons, including the petitioner. It is submitted that two accused persons have already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 48276 of 2013 and Cr. Misc. No. 54348 of 2013. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013.
