Case No. 110 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33826 of 2014 (3) dt.19-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 33826 of 2014 was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing this fact that petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 33936 of 2014 used to supply him fake documents and on the basis of those documents, he used to grant sim to him and other criminals and except the aforesaid materials, there appear to be nothing against the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014.
