JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admitted outstanding dues are pending for payment by the Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna pertaining to construction of road from Patliputra Station to Ashiana Sector-4, as also pertaining to construction of 150 meters drainage and PCC Road under the agreement dated 1.11.2017 (Annexure-P/2 to the writ petition), hence, the respondent authorities be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pay the admitted outstanding dues within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents do not have any objection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2946 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, the learned Commissioner shall consider the same and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, any admitted outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within a further period of eight weeks therefrom.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
