2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 79, 75(2), 74, 77, 351(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(E) and 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner threatened the informant and her husband and also posted obscene photographs of the informant on social media.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner
