The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,452,354B,307,380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation of commission of injury at the vital part of the body is against co-accused-Sanjeev Yadav and Satish Yadav. Petitioners allegedly assaulted on non-vital part of the body. Petitioners have got trivial nature of criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6210 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 276 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
