The sole petitioner is already dead now.

The respondent authorities have filed counter affidavit stating therein that all the retiral dues of the sole petitioner have already been paid to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner has already died at Pune and details of his legal heirs are not available for the present. Hence, this writ application be disposed of with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the Court if any grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3854 of 2019(4) dt.20-10-2020 2/2 petitioner remains to be addressed.

With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application stands disposed of.
