Case No. 311 of 2017 registered on 07.06.2017 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that on completion of investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted and the court below has taken cognizance of the offences, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty
