The petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 102/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.12.2014 with a direction that if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt of the order dt. 22.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29626/2014, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

It is submitted that the order was received in the court below on 8.01.2015. The case is still pending for trial and not a single witness has been examined.

No.32480 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 102/14.
