This application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violating the order dated 18.02.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.4523 of 2013.

A show-cause has been filed by the opposite party nos. 1 and 2, wherein they have annexed the order dated 18.08.2022 and stated that order of this Court has already been complied with.

No doubt, the order of this Court has been complied after delay but considering the fact that Company is not in existence, this application is dismissed as the order of this Court has been complied with.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.08.2022, he may challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding.
