JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard both sides The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 504, 341, 323, 326(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8168/2015. The allegation against the petitioner is that he threw conc acid on the informant, who got injuries on different parts of his body. It is submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 02.12.2014.

Be that as it may, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 3004/2014. Accordingly, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35742 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 same is rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.
