2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 16.02.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a 13 years old minor girl and thereafter killing her.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the materials available in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
