Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order of punishment and in the said writ petition the petitioner may take all such grounds which have been taken in the present writ petition as well as may raise grievances regarding the nonpayment of the salary for the period 01.03.2016 to 26.12.2016.
