Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and disclosed his involvement in the alleged crime and also disclosed that mobile, through which call was made, stood in the name of one Murli Manohar Prasad. Moreover, except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case no. 285/2014.
