2. A report was called for, by this court in terms of order dated 19.02.2026 whether O.P. No. 2 namely Ramashish Pandey, died during present pending proceedings.

3. In furtherance of same, a report was made available to this Court by SP Gopalganj vide Letter No. 437 dated 17.03.2026 that O.P. No. 2 namely Ramashish Pandey died on 12.10.2020, the aforesaid letter is supported by the death certificate of late Ramashish Pandey.

4. Aforesaid letter was submitted across the board by learned APP, Mr. Navin Kumar Pandey, which was taken on record.

5. In view of aforesaid, without going into the merit of the proceedings the present quashing petition stands dismissed having been infructuous.
