JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The short prayer of the petitioners is that despite their entitlement they have not been granted due promotion in graduate trained pay scale (Arts), despite the fact that juniors to them have already been granted promotion.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioners herein, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Teacher Promotion Committee, Siwan headed by the District Educdation Officer, Siwan to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion in the graduate trained pay scale. In case a detailed representation is made by the petitioners herein before the aforesaid Committee, the case of the petitioners shall be decided within a period of twelve weeks from the date of submission of representation.
