====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 260 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of committing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9352 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the in-laws and there is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, the court below shall release them on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Complaint Case No. 260 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
