Petitioner is an accused in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019. Hence, he may be extended the privilege of regular bail.

Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner was arrested on the spot with arms. Further submission is that the petitioner has criminal antecedent and, as such, he does not
