The petitioners seek bail in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons named in the FIR committed murder of the brother of informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are not named in the FIR.
