This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R registered vide Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 against the petitioner for the offences under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigation is pending since 2015 and the petitioner cannot be kept awaiting indefinitely for conclusion of the investigation.

If the investigating agency does not conclude investigation within six months from today, the F.I.R vide

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1165 of 2017(4) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 shall be treated as to have been quashed.
