The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the uncle of the informant with spear but no piercing injury was found. The petitioner was absconding for last four years. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months.

Sri Birendra Kumar Sinha, the learned Senior counsel however opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for four months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31461 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, X, Saran at Chapra in Sessions Trial No. 140 of 2013, arising out of Daudpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2011, subject to the condition that if the petitioner fails to appear during the course of trial on two consecutive dates without any reason the learned court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
