The license of the petitioner has been cancelled which order has been sustained by the Appellate Authority. The petitioner is directed to challenge the aforesaid orders before the Revisional Authority within a period of 30 days.

Should it be done, the Revisional Authority would be under an obligation to take up the revision petition and after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, decide the matter within a period of 60 days as mandated under the Bihar
