The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.863 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is said to have purchased a looted mobile.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
