JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Drug and Cosmetic Case No. 12 of 2019 arising out of Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 248 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 (s) ii, 28, 28A, 27d and 36AC of the Drug and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and Amendment Act, 2008.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is said to be selling the medicine without having proper license.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for almost 2 months and ready to cooperate in the investigation as well as during the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6603 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st, Gaya in connection with Drug and Cosmetic Case No. 12 of 2019 arising out of Vishnupad P.S.
