JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of robbing the mobile, laptop, battery, inverter and cash of Rs. 50,000/- from the godown. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that order of learned Sessions Judge reflects that the recovery was made on the confession of the petitioner but from the said place the recovery has not been made. It is further submitted that petitioner has not been put on T.I.P and other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 13506 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 9115 of 2014.

Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put on T.I.P, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand)
