The petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No. 23/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Manoj Ram, the son of the informant. He was taken to Chenari for treatment but the Doctor referred to Varanasi. Learned Additional Sessions Judge has stated that the injuries seems to be grievous in nature, as the Doctor prescribed for C.T. Scan but injury report is not available. The petitioner is in jail since 11.05.2015. He has already remained in jail for three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
