Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,34of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury near the right waist of Lalu. The Doctor has found consistent wound of entry and exit. Petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges or after completion of three months of custody from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
