The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation only this evidence has surfaced that the petitioner went with the husband of the informant, took liquor and petitioner return home and subsequently the dead body of the husband of the informant was recovered. Considering the fact that the learned APP has not controverted this fact that there is no direct evidence collected during investigation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
