The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 745 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.11.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he made attempt to appear at the examination of Group-D Railway at Muzaffarpur instead of one co-accused Rahul Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7217 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 745 of 2018.
