JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 21.10.2022 passed by learned Munsif, Teghra in Title Suit No.38 of 1998, by which the application filed by the petitioner questioning the pecuniary jurisdiction of the Court below has been rejected.

I have considered the submissions of the parties and also perused the materials on record. I do not find any illegality and infirmity in the impugned order. Moreover, Earlier also, the same issued was raised by the petitioner, which was decided by the Court below. The petitioner cannot be allowed to raise the same issued again and again.
