Mr.Bishweshwar Ram ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 366 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR some miscreants snatched Bolero vehicle of the informant and petitioners are not named in the FIR and later on they have been arrested on suspicion and stolen vehicle was recovered from them which appears from impugned order. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been implicated in this case at the instance of one Chandan Kumar and they are in custody for three months and charge sheet has been submitted.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4928 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 bail of the petitioners stating that they have criminal antecedents also and they are accused in three similar type of cases and there is recovery from them.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

Let the trial be expedited.
