This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 22.10.2022 passed in Vigilance Case No. 18 of 1988 under Sections 161 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 9 / 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The order dated 22.10.2022, by which the cognizance has been taken in Vigilance Case No. 18 of 1988 has been challenged on 08.02.2023 after inordinate delay which cannot be explained by a normal litigant.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of inordinate delay.
