JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction upon the Respondent authorities to get the encroachment removed from the Gair Majarua Aam Land bearing MauzaLawapur narayan, Thana No.617, Khesra No.-1707, Khata No.-1175, situated at Village Lawapur, Harnarayan, P.S.-Mahnar, District-Vaishali in view of the order passed by the Circle Officer, Mahnar in Case No.-02/2019-20 under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956."
