JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 15.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within two and half years of her marriage. There is allegation against the petitioner that petitioner and his other family members committed murder of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand and also disposed of her dead body.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that deceased was suffering from ailments and, as a matter of fact, she died of her ailments. It is also pointed out that prior to her death, deceased was taken to doctor for her treatment which is evident from perusal of annexure 3 to the petition. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33198 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S.
