2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 146 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in short is that at about 8 PM, the accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing and beating her. The accused persons also assaulted her

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the specific allegation is against Rabindra and Devendra. There is no allegation against the petitioners to assault anybody. The only allegation against the petitioner No. 2 is that he snatched Jitiya from the neck of the informant. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case as they are family members of Rabinbdra Ram and Devendra Ram. It has further been submitted that the petitioner No. 1 has already lodged a case against husband of the informant. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with
