The petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 254/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that all kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she went to Saharsa Station, from there she went to Punjab along with Bhushan Kumar Yadav and solemnized marriage. The victim did not identify the petitioner nor any sorts of allegation made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
