The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2016 in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any stolen article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused namely, Sujit Paswan @ Golu, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23251 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015.
