Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2205-2015 on the accusation that he as well as other accused gave forged receipts of electricity bill to the villagers but admittedly, except the oral statement of villagers, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shahjahapur P.S.
