Case No. 149 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR and informant suspects hands of the petitioner and other accused persons in killing of his son.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact wife of one Lalbahabur Ray eloped with the son of informant, i.e., deceased and due to which he suspects the hands of the petitioner and except suspicion there is nothing against him and he is in custody since 16.9.2019 and co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 4.12.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 66559 of 2019. Heard learned APP also.

No.8619 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019.
