Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, AC to SC-16 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
Having worked for sometime as Instructor in the Nonformal Education Programme, the petitioners are claiming parity with the beneficiaries of order dated 03.03.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2017.
It is submitted that the petitioner would approach the respondent authorities for similar relief.
The prayer is that the petitioner may be permitted to approach Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
In view of the limited submission, pendency of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2039 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 instant writ petition would be futile as there is no adjudication called for in the instant writ proceedings.
For facilitating the consideration of the petitioner's claim in light of the judgment noted above, this application is disposed of.
The petitioner should make her representation within two weeks. The authority should consider the claim within three months.
