Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.05.2015 on the accusation that she along with some others caught hold the deceased but admittedly, it was co-accused, Rima Devi who poured K. Oil and it was co-accused, Kavindra Sharma who lit fire on the person of the deceased.

No doubt, the ferdbeyan of the deceased appears to be her dying declaration but taking note of the role allegedly played by the petitioner in the alleged crime, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
