BAJANTHRI) 26-04-2023 The present petition is filed in the year 2017 against the interim order passed on 28.09.2016 in Reference Case No. 182 of 2015 before Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, Patna. On presenting the present petition in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11476 of 2017(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 the year 2017, the State counsel has not taken any interest to pursue this matter for the last 5 years. In other words, just for the sake of formalities, writ petition has been filed. He is not aware of the status of Reference Case No. 182 of 2015 as on today. Since, the present petition is filed against interim order, therefore, we dispose this matter with a request to the Tribunal to decide the Reference Case No. 182 of 2015 at the earliest, if it is not already decided.

With the above observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
