One co-accused was arrested in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 and made his confessional statement naming the petitioner and others and on the basis of aforesaid confessional statement, petitioner was arrested and remanded in altogether five cases which have been described at para-3 of the petition.

Moreover, taking note of this fact that having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of regular bail whereas one co-accused, namely, Ashok Singh, from whose possession stolen articles are said to

Case No. 32 of 2014.
