Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 and 364/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner does have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case no. 72/2016.
