It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is under Instructions that now selection for the Angan Bari Centre in Ward No 8, Village - Sataha Dube Tola in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2641 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 the district of East Champaran at Motihari has been made pursuant to Advertisement No 1 of 2018.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has her remedy before the Child Development Project Officer under the Guidelines dated 27.05.2019.

Petitioner's counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioner will be availing the said remedy.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy.
