This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Barun P.S. Case No. 407 of 2021, G.R. No. 1706 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (b) (c), 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2021. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge or after completing one year in custody whichever is later on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise 1st, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 407 of 2021, G.R. No. 1706 of 2021.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance in local police station i.e. Barun
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6669 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Police Station, District-Aurangabad, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case. In default in making her attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) khushbu/- U T
