Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under section 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner has committed this act while on bail and thus mis-using the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
