The petitioner seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 dated 07.03.2014 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 26.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 28239 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to bring to the notice of the Court any intervening circumstances after the last rejection order for fresh consideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. However, the Court below is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded within nine months positively and
