JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 447 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 465, 466, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of taking Rs.3,50,000/- from some persons for providing them appointment letter and further demanded Rs.50,000/- from each person.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no chit of paper is produced in support of the allegation and moreover money was not handed over to the petitioner. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.
