The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 611 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 379, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding two miscreants having snatched the mobile of the informant and while they were fleeing away, they were apprehended by the local people and one of miscreants is the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 611 of 2018.
